Shipping policy

Free delivery on every order

We deliver free of charge across the United Arab Emirates, with no minimum order value. The price you see is the price you pay.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 GST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Later orders are dispatched the next working day. We do not dispatch on Fridays or UAE public holidays.

Delivery time

1–3 working days anywhere in the UAE with Aramex. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Payment on delivery

We do not offer cash on delivery. All orders are paid securely at checkout.

If your parcel does not arrive

Contact support@caviarofswitzerland.ae if your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch. We will trace it with Aramex and either replace it or refund you in full.

Prices and duties

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). No VAT is charged on your order, and there are no extra fees at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay. We currently ship within the UAE only.
