Track your order
Every order leaves us with a tracking link. The moment the parcel is handed to Aramex you get an email with the tracking number and a link that follows it to your door.
If the email has not arrived
Check the spam folder first. Tracking emails land there more often than they should. If it is not there, the order may not have shipped yet: orders placed before 14:00 UAE time on a working day go the same day, and anything after that goes the next working day. Friday and Saturday are not working days.
If the tracking has not moved
A tracking number can take a few hours to appear in Aramex's system after it is issued. If it has not updated after one working day, tell us and we will chase it ourselves rather than asking you to.

Message us on WhatsApp at +971 56 145 2526 with your order number and we will tell you exactly where the parcel is. Sunday to Thursday, 9:00-18:00 UAE time. We answer within the hour.
